Ordinary electro-galvanized products with thin zinc layers are prone to peeling and rusting during marine transportation and extreme climate exposure, failing project inspection. Our factory comprehensively optimizes the anti-corrosion system in strict accordance with ISO1461 hot-dip galvanizing standards, adopting differentiated zinc thickness optimization: no less than 65μm for inland areas and over 80μm for coastal salt spray regions. We strengthen galvanizing optimization on vulnerable parts such as cutting edges and bending sections to achieve full protection. Spray-coated products are eliminated for outdoor projects, and 316L stainless steel trays are customized for heavy corrosion scenarios. Dual optimization of materials and processes completely eliminates rust risks.

We adopt upgraded standardized export packaging, optimize packaging structure and protection procedures, and use IPPC fumigation-free pallets, multi-layer steel reinforcement, waterproof and dust-proof films, internal desiccants and end anti-collision caps.
